As parents, we often feel overwhelmed and mentally exhausted and feel bursts of guilt for not doing enough for our children. Sometimes, we may find ourselves replaying our reactions to our children’s actions and wondering if we should have reacted different.

Our children often trigger our childhood, which comes out when we become parents.

Emotional regulation is not taught at schools even though it should be and unless your caretakers modeled it in a healthy environment, it’s not something you just eventually learn.

During this course I will get right into the “why’s” and explain the real reasons you struggle with patience.

You will understand why you react the way you do and you will learn how to regulate your emotions and gain self control in tough situations.

I designed this course to feel like a one on one session, during our time together  you will discover things about yourself you never knew.

It is important that you commit to being completely honest and vulnerable, that is when we grow the most .

Self reflection helps us understand the puzzle of our life choices and is an essential part of this journey.
